DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE FAQ
Can I combine programs?
Sometimes. Whether a county program can be paired with a state program depends on each program's rules and your lender. Ask before you make an offer.
What if the county program has no funding?
You can still use state programs or lender grants. County funding usually reopens with a new fiscal year; we'll tell you when it does.
Is this available in Spanish?
Yes. We explain every program in Spanish and can connect you with Spanish-speaking lenders.
